Who’s Jayme?

Jayme (the girl behind the blog) believe’s that each of us has the ability to achieve more through running. Whether that’s running your first 10K, your first marathon or qualifying for the Boston Marathon, she believes that we are all capable of fulfilling our DREAM BIG running and fitness goals. Learn more about how you can work with Jayme here.

Jayme wasn’t always a runner. No, in fact she grew up in ballet and never really participated in sports. After growing out of ballet, she tried a few activities, but never really found her groove. She went off to university and battled to keep weight off and stay in shape. Her Mom, who is an avid runner herself, encouraged her to run. Jayme finished her first half marathon in 2 hours and 45 minutes in 2007. It wasn’t pretty.

Over the years, Jayme continued to run. She’s completed 15 marathons and 15 half marathons, with multiple 30km races, and now coaches athletes from the 10K to the marathon. You can read more here.
