Thank you for your interest in working with The Pacing Life coaching! I am a Certified Run Coach with the North American Academy for Sport Fitness Professionals. I offer two options for Online Coaching.

Online Coaching – 1:1 

Ideal for athletes training for a marathon or half-marathon goal race who are interested in working closely with a coach. Option includes:

  • Initial assessment
  • Personalized training plan to align with athlete’s training and race goals
  • Weekly feedback from coach
  • Bi-weekly workouts uploaded to online platform
  • Unlimited communication via email, text, video calls, phone, in-person (if local)
  • Five month minimum commitment for goal race
  • Shorter distance race plans or continuous training can be customized

Online coaching – Training Plan

Ideal for athletes who are comfortable training on own with limited input from coach. Option includes:

  • Initial assessment
  • Personalized training plan to align with athlete’s training and race goals
  • Very limited input from coach
  • 20 week plan for the marathon or half-marathon
